When the world’s largest real estate and investment firm approached us to work on their Vancouver office transformation we were ecstatic. Real estate services, employee needs and technology have evolved rapidly, and their previous location was no longer sufficient. We worked closely with the firm, designers, architects and furniture manufacturers to provide and create a space that inspires collaboration, productivity and dynamic spaces for their daily needs. Now their office extends over four floors, offers phenomenal views of Vancouver, and features a variety of work spaces and considered settings for their active workforce. This office was created with employee wellness at the forefront of each design decision. It achieved WELL Certification at the gold level for New and Existing Interiors by the International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™).
