The new Legion on Pembina Highway wants to keep memories alive while providing a modern twist to continue bringing in members of the community. After 75 years, the Fort Garry Legion on Pembina Highway found a new home with much-needed upgrades featuring a new bar, modern amenities, increased access to natural light, accessibility for patrons with disabilities, and agile furniture solutions to serve a variety of uses within the space.

Paul McCluskey, president of the Fort Garry Legion Branch 90, said they had been in the old building at 1125 Pembina Highway since 1947.
