100% payment is required at time of order entry. When commercial terms have been approved a 50% deposit is required unless waived in writing by COI. Balance to be invoiced on delivery. Products are not returnable without the prior written approval from COI. Approval may be conditioned upon the repayment of the applicable restocking fee. In the event a warranty claim is accepted, COI may replace or repair the product at our discretion. Parts and labour are covered under warranty for Herman Miller Group Products.
