Spaces is a part of Regus’ co-working portfolio, but with a target market and furnished office space model that is far from the conventional. Spaces aimed to create an immersive community experience that enabled its members to collaborate and focus on their core competency.
The Spaces Queen West location incorporates the community in which they live by serving up coffee from a local indie coffee shop, visually acknowledging the former tenant Urbane Cyclist and surrounding history, and hosting a robust calendar of community events. Spaces partnered with COI as their sole furniture provider to outfit the eight floors. This has enabled Spaces to create an office ecosystem that sets the tone for conversation, connection and comfort whether it’s in the terrace café, booths, lounge areas or at workstations. The dynamic co-working floorplate has allowed members to find new customers and benefit from a social network of other freelancers, service providers and entrepreneurs.
