Contemporary Meets Character at the U of A
COI addressed the renewal of the base building to support the programmatic needs of two occupant groups while preserving the North Power Plant’s historic character.
The renovated space accommodates twenty-one (21) full-time staff along with three (3) touchdown workstations, twenty-four (24) person boardroom, two (2) phone rooms, one (1) meeting room and accompanying support areas. This project created valuable office space while preserving the original character of the North Power Plant in the heart of the historic campus.
