MMM Group is a full-service construction project management firm, acquired by WSP Global Inc. The change in ownership was an opportunity for the organization to relocate and modernize their workspace so that their multi-generational employees were more engaged, healthier and productive.
MMM Group partnered with Kasian and COI to activate 18 months of change management sessions, and develop a standards program. COI provided furniture solutions inclusive of sit-to-stand desks, ergonomic task chairs and technology to advance MMM Group’s commitment to a healthier work environment. Through Herman Miller Performance Environments, MMM Group was able to support the relocation of employees shifting from closed offices to an open smaller footprint. The new office enables different modes of work, increased employee retention and provides collaborative spaces that truly foster connection.
